I was afraid this would happen...

...which is why I didn't blog about the housing journey. Our financing fell through at the last minute and so we won't be buying a house at this time. There are positives and negatives about not moving right now (they're about equal so we're not too bummed about staying). I think at this point we're a little weary of the whole process and so will stay put for the time being. Maybe we'll try again next year. I think we'll have to...sharing a room with a baby...doesn't sound fun for me or Jillian (oh, yeah, Sean probably won't like it much either). Hopefully we'll have better luck in the future!

This post is actually about a week old now. I'll be 31 weeks tomorrow but I had Sean snap this pic before my doctor appointment last week when I was 30 weeks. Anyway, there's the belly. It's getting big.

Inspection

Inspection day was yesterday. To make a long story short (because honestly, I'm still a little frustrated about the whole thing and Sean told me to get over it and it'll sound like whining if I type it all out, I'm sure) the house is in decent condition and there are no major problems so it looks like things are going to continue on. We still don't have a closing date (our realtor and the listing agent are battling that one out and I'm staying clear of it) so now we wait around for the financing part to get done. We're getting closer...

We're Moving

I haven't wanted to blog about this since we didn't really have a time line or anything but now that the bank has accepted our offer on a house (it was a short sale) we will be closing by the end of September! More moving posts to come.

At least we can be sure she is truly Sean's daughter...
